John Meaney

John is a New York native who spent some 38 years on the air entertaining and informing local audiences, mostly in his hometown area of Saratoga Springs, NY.

John also prides himself in working for the two higher education institutions centered in Saratoga Springs. 

He is employed as a procurement officer for Empire State University.  And John has spent 40 years as the public address announcer for Skidmore College men's and women's basketball earning him a 2012 induction into the school's athletic Hall of Fame. 

John lives locally with his wife, Marcy, and their daughter Grace.  Their son, Hayden, is now on his own and lives in Syracuse, NY.

John enjoys sports of all kinds, loves a good conversation, along with camping and family gatherings.
